Working as a Head of Styling goes beyond mere inspiration and creativity. It requires mastery of technical skills relevant to fashion design - from pattern making, an in-depth understanding of fabrics and materials, to the ability to transform abstract ideas into physical garments. Additionally, it involves competencies in pattern design and sewing, as well as the management of technical processes such as fitting trials, negotiation, and procurement of raw materials, supplier coordination, and the timely delivery of collections in bi-weekly launches.
In collaboration with the brand owners, I contributed to the structuring of the style department and played an active role in the brand's rebranding transition, taking responsibility for the development of labels, tags, and supply and delivery manuals.
Furthermore, I organized raw material books for distribution to wholesale buyers and the sales team.

I played the role of developing collections, which encompassed various categories including Jeanswear, Circular and Flat Knits, as well as Underwear and Footwear. This senior stylist role extended from conception to overseeing the product lifecycle.
In collaboration with coordinators and the team, I led an analytical trend research process. Based on these trends, I participated in the creation of color palettes and mood boards to serve as inspirational guidelines for the collections.
I was also directly responsible for product development, delving into every detail of the production process. This included creating technical sheets, selecting raw materials, conducting fitting trials, approval, and overseeing production facilitation. I maintained close contact with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the process. I participated in line presentations to the board and worked in direct partnership with planners and buyers.
